The turnover of managers of large companies in the construction sector is even less frequent than that of banks

Experts call the market of bank managers very conservative, and the construction sector is even ahead of it – here managers change even less often. The analysis carried out by VŽ shows that typically large construction companies in Lithuania are headed by men aged 46-55, and the interlocutors interviewed say that the sector is closed – people from other industries get into management positions in construction extremely rarely.
