The private seniors’ home “Gemma” opens in Vievis – a 5,000-square-metre complex with a separate dementia centre that will be able to accommodate up to 160 seniors and create more than 100 jobs.

“As a business, we feel a great responsibility to contribute to projects that are important and necessary for our society. We see the biggest challenge of the project as the fact that we started the project in a period which is not favourable for the technological processes of construction, but the professionalism of the client and close cooperation allowed us to implement the project within the agreed and extremely short timeframe of 12 months,” said the company’s CEO, Tadas Grincevičius.

The A++ energy efficiency class care home will be the first in Lithuania to comply with the globally recognised Breeam standard, which confirms that the building is energy efficient, environmentally friendly, with comfortable temperature and acoustics, as well as microclimate control solutions.
