Construction of the S28 business centre

“Naresta” is building a modern business centre in Savanorių ave. in Vilnius.

The administrative building is distinguished by its solutions – depending on the meteorological conditions, the building can use a more cost-effective heat source, either centralised district heating or heat pumps, and the infrastructure of the business centre has been designed to provide 176 parking spaces for 22 kW of electric vehicle charging stations.
