“LVIVO” BUSINESS CENTRE CONSTRUCTION
The construction of a new 8-storey office building with a gross floor area of 23 000 sqm (15 000 sqm usable area) at 37 Lvivo Street, Vilnius, has been successfully completed.
The construction of the new business centre followed BREEAM New Construction standards to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. The modern engineering systems designed in the LVIVO Business Centre provide full comfort for employees. The building’s technical solutions ensure extremely low CO2 emissions, thus guaranteeing the environmental friendliness of the business centre.
