This is the third of the seven quarters in Paupio district developed by the real estate development company Darnu Group and entrusted to our company for construction. This quarter was designed by “Kančo studija,” architects Gustė Kančaitė and Kęstutis Kajokas. The majority of the object — more than 11,200 sq. m — will be occupied by residential space, while over 1,600 sq. m will be dedicated to commercial space, which will be located on the ground floors of the buildings. The underground parking lot will accommodate around 380 cars. It is planned that the construction of the complex of almost 28,500 square meters will be completed in the summer of 2022.
