Construction of the modern architecture apartment building “Žygimantų 12”

“Naresta has become the general contractor of the new exclusive project “Žygimantų 12” in Vilnius Old Town. The construction of the residential project developed by our partners, experienced market experts under the new name RE Excellence, has started on the banks of the River Neris.

“Žygimantų 12” has 54 apartments and spacious green areas in the inner courtyard, and RE Excellence will be working to obtain BREEAM certification for it.
