Naresta has become the general contractor of a new exclusive project “Žygimantų 12” in Vilnius Old Town. The construction of a residential project developed by our partners, experienced market experts, who are presenting themselves as a new name in DOMÉ, has been started at the Neris riverbank.
At “Žygimantų 12” 54 apartments and spacious green area in the inner courtyard are designed. DOMÉ team will seek to obtain BREEAM certificate for it.
