I’ve felt that for almost two decades that I’ve been working here. I’m the most important resource for the manager. And for me, my colleagues, their well-being and attitude are the most important if we want to achieve something good.

The managers and shareholders never left me alone, I always felt that we were a team. And the new manager, who took over all the good aspects, has recently brought a lot of speed, new ambitions – it makes me feel that our team is moving forward.

If you make a mistake, in many companies, the responsibility and all the consequences will fall on your shoulders alone. Here, mistakes are accepted as a learning process, various troubles are viewed with understanding, because they can happen to anyone. I know that if I have a problem or a suggestion, I can invite the director to lunch, communicate directly.

Working here, I feel like I am part of an organization that is creating a new standard in the construction market. This is a community of specialists in their field, who have been building Lithuania – strong, sustainable and innovative – through teamwork for over 30 years. I am counting my fourth year in the Naresta team and I can confidently say that time flies by here, because when the work is engaging, you simply don’t count it.
