We have raised the wreath above the business centre under construction in Žvėrynas

This time, we raise the topping-out wreath in Žvėrynas — here, on Paribio Street, we have reached the halfway point in constructing a small business centre, one that truly fits the character of this historic, green district. Sustainable, boutique, subtle — a building whose lines blend seamlessly into the surrounding environment.

We are grateful to the client Baltic Lenses for responsible attitude, smooth joint work and especially – for the exemplary selection process of the general contractor.

“Today’s business and societal standards require a particular level of professionalism in ensuring transparency, fair competition and, at the same time, efficiency. Having participated in numerous construction tenders, we can say that this time the tender organised by the company “Statybos procesų valdymas”, which provides construction auditing, technical supervision, expertise and project management services, has become a model for the market in all criteria: the emphasis has been placed on the formulation of clear and fair terms and conditions, on ensuring fair and open competition, and on efficiency and speed.

These technical aspects may be less important to society, but they determine the quality of our buildings and the maturity of the entire market, so positive examples must be named and followed,” says Arūnas Puzinas, Project and Sales Director at Naresta.

The 4-storey building, designed by the “Archartelė ir partneriai” team, will be located between Paribio and Narbuto streets, completing the silhouette of Paribio Street. The total area of the project will be 2,168 sq. m and the leasable area will be 1,592 sq. m. The project will also include 27 car parking spaces.

The business centre will stand out not only with its prestigious location and nature surroundings, but also with its facade design. The architects note that the building’s facades will emphasize horizontality and the asymmetrical spatial configuration of the plot, while its finishing materials and storefront graphics will echo the lines of the nearby slope and the silhouette of Narbuto Street.

Our sincere congratulations to the site team and best wishes for a smooth implementation of the remaining works!
