A symbolic topping-out wreath was raised above the warehouse of the company “Stem Cell Research Centre,” which is part of the “Northway” group of companies and the “Northway Biotech” cluster.
“Every new step in this project is a real honour and pride for us: Lithuania, thanks to the science and impressive Lithuanians who develop it, becomes the continent’s leader — a true creator of the future,” says Tadas Grincevičius, the CEO of Naresta.
The new building will be two-storey, with a total area of 1.7 thousand sq. m. The A++ energy class building will be adapted for specialized activities, and its infrastructure will meet the highest technological requirements necessary for life science infrastructure.
The building will be built in Vismaliukų Street, Vilnius City Innovation Industry Park (VCIIP), which is being developed by a public institution Northtown Vilnius. The vision of VCIIP is to bring together high-tech enterprises operating in the field of life sciences, which is state priority, and to provide them with modern infrastructure adapted to research and experimental development.
