The Švento Jokūbo Quarter, being built by Naresta, has been recognized as the Best Future Project.
On December 11, at the prestigious awards ceremony of the “For Sustainable Development” competition organized by the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) and the Sustainable Development Academy, our Švento Jokūbo Quarter project (arch. Gilma Teodora Gylytė) in Vilnius was recognized as the Best Future Project.
The competition, organized for the 17th time this year, attracted a record number of participants — as many as 37 RE projects aimed to become the best in their categories.

The total investment of real estate projects in the main prize category amounts to approximately EUR 370 million. Separate investments in public infrastructure — more than EUR 4.5 million. Real estate projects in this category collectively introduced about 225 thousand square meters of space designated for business and living and created more than 4,000 parking spaces.
The participants of the competition were evaluated by a commission of 10 members consisting of representatives from the Union of Lithuanian Architects, the Lithuanian Builders Association, banks, VILNIUS Tech (Vilnius Gediminas Technical University), the Ministry of Environment, the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association, and the media.
