Naresta was chosen to implement modernization works of the State Enterprise Turto bankas building at A. Jakšto St. 1, Vilnius.

In the building of almost 3 thousand sq. m the lighting, cold water supply and wastewater disposal, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems will be upgraded. Thermal insulation of the roof, basement floor and external walls will be conducted; exterior and interior doors, skylights and windows will be replaced; all premises will be repaired by a complete change of the floor structures and new partitions installed. The energy efficiency of the building will increase from class F to class B after modernisation. It is estimated that this will save as much as 50% of the final energy costs.
