Naresta team signed a contract with the State Enterprise Turto bankas, which manages and ensures the supervision of state property, for the modernization of the building at Vivulskio St. 11.

Naresta will renovate a building of more than 3,000 sq. m for €4.7 million, which will house the Ministry of Social Security and Labour once the works are completed.

The building will be modernised with new windows, a new facade, lifts, and accessible toilets, as well as modernised heating and ventilation system. The energy efficiency of the building will increase from class F to class B after modernisation. It is estimated that this will save as much as 48% of the energy costs for heating.
