A contract works agreement has been signed with the State Enterprise Turto bankas, which manages state assets and ensures its supervision, regarding the modernization of the building at Ozo St. 4A, Vilnius. The works are scheduled to be completed by autumn, 2023.

The 1,7 thousand sq. m building will be modernised with upgrades to the electrical wiring, lighting, cold water supply and sewage disposal, ventilation systems, the insulation of roof, insulated roof, plinth, external walls were carried out, and the exterior doors and windows were replaced, as well as the vestibules and the staircases were renovated. The energy efficiency of the building will increase from class D to class B after modernisation. It is estimated that this will save as much as 40% of the final energy costs.
