Modernisation works for the first phase of the conversion of the A. Goštautas Quarter

We will carry out contract works for the 1st stage of the conversion of the A. Goštautas Quarter in Vilnius.

Phase I will involve the renovation of 9,000 square metres of buildings at 9 A. Goštauto Street. The buildings to be renovated will have an energy class of at least A and will be certified according to the BREEAM standard. We will work with the architects of Phase II of the A. Goštautas Quarter to ensure that the buildings blend in harmoniously with the overall appearance of the Quarter and that they are comfortable for the ministry staff who will be working there.

The design part is the responsibility of Do architects.

The renovation of the buildings will be carried out according to the best modern practices: using extremely high quality and precision, with the lowest possible cost and the shortest possible timescales, using BIM technology.
