Modernisation of an office building

A contract has been signed with Turto bankas, the state company that manages and maintains state property, for the modernisation of the building at Ozo g. 4A, Vilnius. The contract works are scheduled to be completed by autumn 2023.

The 1,7 thousand sqm building will undergo modernisation of the electrical wiring, lighting, cold water supply and sewage disposal, ventilation systems, insulation of the roof, the insulated roof, the plinth, the external walls, replacement of exterior doors and windows, renovation of the vestibules and the staircase. The energy efficiency of the building will increase from class D to class B after modernisation. It is estimated that this will save as much as 40% of final energy costs.
