Modernisation of an administrative building

“Naresta will carry out modernisation works on a building owned by the state company Turto bankas at A. Jakšto g. 1, Vilnius.

The building, which covers an area of almost 3,000 square metres, will be modernised with upgrades to the lighting, cold water supply and sewage disposal, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The roof, basement slab and external walls will be insulated, external and internal doors, skylights and windows will be replaced, and all rooms will be renovated, with complete replacement of floor structures and new partitions. The energy efficiency of the building will increase from class F to class B after modernisation. It is estimated that this will save as much as 50% of final energy costs.
