The construction works of the third stage of the ReVingis “City Space” will be conducted by Naresta.
The work is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. Upon completion of the “City Space” stage, the ReVingis quarter will be expended by 165 apartments. “Galio Group” investment in this stage will amount to €21.5 million excluding VAT.
ReVingis “City Space” quarter consists of three wings of flats, and buyers will be able to choose from 165 flats ranging in size from 30 to 129 sq. m. The underground car park will have bicycle storage and 111 parking spaces, some of which will be equipped with electric car charging stations.
