General contracting agreement with MG Valda, UAB, regarding the construction works of the second stage of the business centre “Park Town” was signed.

The new business centre is distinguished by the concept of sustainability: part of the energy comes from renewable energy sources, and solutions are being implemented to help save money. Park Town is the first office buildings in Lithuania with solar modules installed on its facades, aerothermal and geothermal solutions are used for heating, each room has autonomous light and heat management, rainwater is collected and used for plant care, energy-generating elevators, indoor sensors and automatic building maintenance system are affected.
