Naresta has signed a general contracting agreement for the construction of the National Stadium in Vilnius.

Due to the large scope of the project, the construction of the multifunctional complex has been divided into stages: according to the approved project, the first stage of construction will include the construction of a UEFA Category IV stadium on a 22-hectare site, as well as the construction of football training pitches and the installation of the main outdoor engineering networks.

The architects of the project are Populous — the US architectural company and Cloud Architects — the architectural company from Lithuania. The entire complex will meet the A++ energy efficiency class and will be certified by BREEAM.
