The construction of a new 8-storey office building with a gross floor area of 23,000 sq. m (15,000 sq. m usable area) at Lvivo St. 37, Vilnius, has been successfully completed. The construction of the new business centre followed BREEAM New Construction standards to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
