Darnu Group, one of the largest companies in Lithuania that creates spaces for life, business and recreation, is starting construction of the fourth quarter in the revitalized historic Paupys district of Vilnius Old Town. 103 apartments and 3 commercial premises will be waiting for the newcomers in A-class energy-efficient 3–5 storey buildings. The contractor of the project is Naresta. The area of the apartments will range from 30.96 to 98.24 sq. m. Buyers will also be offered two-storey apartments, as well as terraces overlooking the river. Darnu Group is investing €13 million in this phase of the project.
