Naresta is building a modern business centre in Savanorių Ave. of a Capital.

The administrative building is distinguished by its solutions — depending on the meteorological conditions, it is possible to use a more cost-effective heat source, either district heating or heat pumps, and the infrastructure of the business centre has been designed to provide 176 parking spaces with 22 kW electric vehicle charging stations.

The administrative building was designed by “Vilniaus achitektūros studija.”
