We have become the general contractor of the project of the new apartment complex “Sanguškų Park” in the Old Town of Vilnius.

“Sanguškų Park” is being built in Žiupronių street, next to the Missionary Church and the intersection of Subačiaus and Daukšos streets. It will include 55 apartments, 11 leisure and 13 commercial and administrative premises.

“Sanguškų Park”, the architectural design of which was created by Heima studio, will be characterised by comfort and sustainability; the houses will visually reflect the warm, pastel colour palette of the surrounding Old Town buildings, and their decoration will reproduce elements typical of historical Vilnius buildings.
