Construction of a complex of buildings in the Vilnius district “Paupys”

Creating one of the largest living, business and leisure spaces in Lithuania, Darnu Group is launching its fourth-quarter construction in the revitalized historic Paupio district of Vilnius Old Town.
103 apartments and 3 commercial premises will be waiting for the settlers in Class A energy efficient 3-5 storey buildings. The contractor for the project is Naresta. The area of apartments under construction will range from 30.96 to 98.24 square meters. m. Buyers will also be offered two-story condos, as well as terraces overlooking the river. The Darnu Group is investing EUR 13 million in this phase of the project.
