The 4-storey building, designed by the “Archartelė ir partneriai” team, will be located between Paribio and Narbuto streets, completing the silhouette of Paribio Street. The total area of the project will be 2,168 sq. m and the leasable area will be 1,592 sq. m. The project will also include 27 car parking spaces.

Construction work on the project at Paribio Street 34 is scheduled to start in late 2024 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
