Business center “Park Town” second phase of construction

A general contracting agreement is signed with MG Valda, UAB, for the construction of the second phase of the Park Town business centre.

The new business centre is distinguished by its sustainability concept: part of the energy is obtained from renewable energy sources, and energy-saving solutions are being implemented. “Park Town is the first office building in Lithuania to feature solar modules on the facades, aerothermal and geothermal heating solutions, autonomous light and heat management in every room, rainwater harvesting and use for plant maintenance, energy-generating lifts, occupancy sensors and an automated building maintenance system.
