More about the project: when renovating this 4-storey building, many pieces of classical architecture were saved – 6 former columns were restored, the authentic entrance to the courtyard, oak gates, second floor magnificent balcony was rebuilt as well. In the lower parts of the building – commercial type premises were set up and in the higher places – 36 apartment rooms.
