We will conduct contract works for the Stage I of the conversion of the A. Goštauto Quarter in Vilnius.

Stage I will involve the renovation of 9,000 sq. m of five-storey buildings at A. Goštauto St. 9. The renovated buildings will have an energy performance class of at least A and will be BREEAM certified. We will collaborate with the architects of Stage II of the A. Goštauto Quarter to ensure that the buildings blend in harmoniously with the overall appearance of the Quarter and that they are comfortable for the employees of the ministries that will work there.

The design part is the responsibility of Do Architects.

Building renovation will be implemented in accordance with the best modern practices: using extremely high quality and accuracy, ensuring the lowest possible price and shorter working deadlines, allowing to achieve BIM technology.
